Here's a few bits of handy information...

You may get a code through via email or SMS when we try to login to your accounts. Please can you forward that code asap to hannah@hannahlouiseonline - you often have to enter it in a certain time frame for it to work. Feel free to screenshot it and send as an image.

You may get multiple codes as we login through our management software system. This is normal.

Any problems with this and we can get connected in our first meeting, so don't worry!

If you have any ideas, please use Slack once you are on the platform. You can drop what ever you like in here - images, documents, spreadsheets! You will find out more about this in our first meeting.
